Bitsy is a one-year-old shepherd mix who finds life at the SPCA in Briarcliff Manor very stressful, according to the SPCA. The SPCA said the hustle and bustle of the shelter are too much for Bitsy and they are hoping to find a foster home so she can be a carefree puppy.  Medical care, food, and other necessities will be covered by the SPCA for foster homes.
