'Falls Road Jane Doe' Identified As Missing Maryland Mom After 29 Years: Baltimore County PD A woman whose remains were discovered off a wooded road in Baltimore County nearly three decades ago has finally been identified, police announced. Leoria Smith, a 20-year-old mother who vanished without ever being reported missing, was confirmed as the woman long known as “Falls Road Jane Doe,” according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
