Suffolk Woman With Two Prior Convictions Charged With Aggravated DWI The holidays took a dark turn for a woman from Long Island who was arrested for her third DWI in the past 10 years, police said. New York State Police troopers on patrol in the Hudson Valley stopped Greenport resident Marie Shook late on Friday, Dec. 27 after she committed a vehicle and traffic violation in Claverack. According to police, during the subsequent traffic stop on Route 66, it was determined that Shook was allegedly impaired by alcohol and she was taken into police custody.
