Man Found Dead In Wooded Area Near Riverhead Park Police are investigating after a man was found dead near a Long Island park. Someone called 911 at around 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, reporting an unconscious man in a wooded area in Riverhead, near Weeping Willow Park on Main Street. When officers and medics arrived, they determined that the man was dead, according to Riverhead Town Police. Authorities identified him as 44-year-old Cuah Temoc Trinidad, of Riverhead. Homeless Duo Robs Man At Knifepoint Outside Riverhead Business, Police Say Two people are behind bars after allegedly robbing a man at knifepoint outside a Long Island business. The incident was reported just after 11 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, in Riverhead, outside the Morenitas Deli on Griffin Avenue near Main Street, according to Riverhead Town Police. When officers arrived, the victim told them that a man and woman had forcibly removed his cellphone and cash at knifepoint. There were no reports of injuries.
