Nassau County Police officers stopped Shadon Chestnut, of Queens, at around 11:20 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8, as he drove near Burnside Avenue and Doughty Boulevard in Inwood. A 17-year-old girl was driving a 2006 Nissan north shortly before 7:30 a.m. on Doughty Boulevard in Inwood when she struck a 26-year-old woman as she attempted to make a left turn onto Sheridan Boulevard, Nassau County Police said.
