New Update: Police Seeking This Vehicle In Hit-Run Crash That Killed Woman In Holtsville

Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a vehicle believed to be connected to a hit-and-run crash on Long Island that left a 42-year-old woman dead.

Police are looking for a blue Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck in connection to a hit-and-run crash that killed a 42-year-old Bay Shore woman on North Ocean Avenue in Holtsville on Sunday, May 21.

The victim’s body was discovered at around 7:45 a.m. Sunday, May 21, in a grassy area in Holtsville, on the side of North Ocean Avenue, near Fish Road.

Suffolk County Police identified the woman as Jennifer Bianco, of Bay Shore. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators determined she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

On Monday afternoon, May 22, police said they believe the vehicle involved in the crash is a 2019 to 2022 blue Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
