It happened at around 1:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25 in New Haven County on the southbound side when a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes in West Haven, Connecticut State Police said.  The pickup truck then crashed into a Nissan Altima while in the left lane.  Following impact, the Silverado entered the center lane and collided with a southbound Nissan Sentra.&…

The incident took place in Port Jefferson on Thursday, Sept. 21 in the ShopRite parking lot on Nesconset Highway. The incident happened just before 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15 in Bay Shore. A 54-year-old Bay Shore man was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on Howells Road when the vehicle struck the pedestrian in the roadway at the intersection of Manatuck Boulevard, Suffolk County Police said. The men fired shots at a residence located on Huber Place in St. James at about 1 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. 3.4M GM SUVs, Pickup Trucks Recalled Due To Brake Problem Facing pressure from the federal government, General Motors is recalling more than 3.4 million pickup trucks and SUVs nationwide that may have potential brake problems. The recall includes Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500, 2500 and 3500 pickup models from 2014 through 2018, as well as Cadillac Escalade models from 2015 to 2017, and the GMC Yukon, Chevy Suburban and Tahoe models from 2015 through 2018.
