The Columbia County incident happened at around 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in the city of Hudson near Warren and 2nd streets, according to Hudson Police. Man From Region Behind Bars For Sharing Intimate Images Of Victim, Police Say A man from the region is behind bars without bail following an investigation for sharing intimate images of a victim. Ulster County resident Joshua Sickler, age 44, of Port Ewen, was charged on Tuesday, Oct. 3 by New York State Police, said  Trooper AJ Hicks. Sickler was charged with: Unlawful surveillance Unlawful dissemination of an intimate image Aggravated harassment After receiving a complaint, Investigators determined Sickler disseminated intimate images of the victim, Hicks said. Capital District Man Accused Of Raping Child A man from the region is behind bars, accused of raping a child. Columbia County resident Misael Chun Pastor, age 36, of Kinderhook, was arrested Thursday, May 5, on numerous charges, New York State Police said. Among them are predatory sexual assault against a child in the first degree, a felony. Following a tip, investigators determined that Chun Pastor had sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13 on multiple occasions, police said. 32-Year-Old From Capital Region Nabbed For Sexual Abuse Of Young Child, State Police Say A Capital Region man is behind bars, accused of sexually abusing a young child. Columbia County resident Ruben Martinez Cruz, age 32, of Valatie, is charged with felony criminal sexual act in the first degree, New York State Police said. Cruz was arrested Friday, April 22, after an investigation by State Police and the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center found that he sexually assaulted a victim under the age of 11, police said. He's currently being held at the Columbia County jail on a $100,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear back in court Tuesday, May 17.
