Off-Duty Officer Involved In Shooting: 3 Injured In Westchester, Police Say Authorities are investigating a shooting incident that involved an off-duty officer and left three people injured in Westchester, police said.  The incident happened on Saturday night, Aug. 19, when two people were shot in Mount Vernon on the 300 block of South 4th Avenue, according to the city's police department.  A total of three people were hospitalized as a result of the incident, authorities added.  The off-duty officer was involved in the incident, State Police Trooper Aaron J.
