The incident began around 10:12 a.m., Sunday, March 21, when a trooper patrolling Route 17 in the town of Goshen spotted a 2003 Infiniti G35 traveling east at a high rate of speed, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Man Charged With Aggravated DWI In Area Twice In Three Days, State Police Say A man involved in a hit-and-run crash and police chase was charged with aggravated DWI twice in the span of three days in the area, state police said.
