Man Dies After Being Pulled From Water Near New Rochelle Marina Authorities are investigating after an unconscious man was pulled from water near a marina in Westchester and died soon after.  The incident happened on Thursday, May 25 just after 5:30 p.m., when the New Rochelle Police Department's Harbor Patrol was told that a man was seen floating in the water in a channel leading out from the New Rochelle Marina to Long Island Sound. Christopher Corcoran, age 62, was last seen leaving his residence in New Rochelle at around 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16. Corcoran is hearing impaired and has recently shown signs of depression and paranoia, New Rochelle Police said.
