Westchester Man Arraigned For Forcing Hand Up Skirt On Metro-North Train
A Westchester man is facing charges for allegedly forcibly touching a woman on a Metro-North train. Croton resident Jonathan VanAntwerpen, 49, was arraigned on Wednesday, Nov. 20 and charged with forcible touching after he allegedly put his hand up the skirt of a passenger sitting next to him near the Croton-on-Hudson station. It is alleged that on Friday, Sept. 27, VanAntwerpen was sitting next to a stranger on the train. He allegedly pressed his leg into hers. He then moved his hand up her thigh and under her skirt.
