New Rochelle Student Musicians Earn Awards At Music In The Parks

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Students at Albert Leonard Middle School recently performed at Dorney Park for the Music in the Parks competition.

The student musicians were awarded the following honors: Collective ALMS groups, 1st place overall; Orchestra, Superior rating; Band, Excellent rating; Chorus, Good rating. The string students received the Best Overall Orchestra group. The Espirit de Corps award was awarded to the entire group of students.
