Worker Killed When Grave Collapses On Top Of Him At Long Island Cemetery
Click here for an updated story: ID Released For Long Island Cemetery Worker Killed In Accident A Long Island cemetery worker was killed when a grave he was working on collapsed on top of him. The accident took place around 8:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, when an employee at Washington Memorial Park, located at 855 Canal Road in Mount Sinai, was leveling out the bottom of a grave when the grave collapsed on him, said the Suffolk County Police.
