13-Year-Old Accused Of Shooting BB Gun At Workers On Long Island, Police Say A 13-year-old Long Island boy has been arrested for allegedly shooting a BB gun at two workers. The incident took place in Southampton on Friday, June 10. Police were called to a home in Southampton by workers who thought they were being shot at by a person with a real gun, said Lt. Susan Ralph of the Southampton Police. According to Ralph, the boy purchased a BB gun on Amazon and began shooting the bushes outside of his home.
