Queens Man, 23, In Stolen Vehicle Caught After 12-Mile Chase, Police Say A 23-year-old man driving a stolen vehicle is behind bars after taking state troopers on a 12-mile chase on I-684. It started at around 1:50 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5.  At approximately 1:50 a.m., troopers patrolling I-684 in the town of Bedford initiated a traffic stop on a northbound taxi for an infraction of the vehicle and traffic law.  The operator of the 2019 Toyota Camry, identified as Begnauth Renseroop, of Queens, failed to comply, and led troopers on the chase, state police said.
