Baldwin Will Get $10 Million In State Funding For Downtown Revitalization Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that Baldwin was the Long Island winner of the fourth round of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative. As a result, Baldwin will get $10 million in state funding for downtown revitalization.
