Jordan Randolph, age 43, of Bellport, was sentenced to 12 1/2 to 25 1/2 years in prison in Suffolk County Court on Friday, June 16. It followed his jury conviction for aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges in the death of Johnathan Flores Maldonado. Suspect Nabbed After Man Shot, Killed Outside His Long Island Home A suspect is now in custody days after a shooting that left a Long Island man dead. The victim was shot outside his Moriches residence on Friday, Nov. 26, at about 1 a.m. The man, Tyrell Durham, age 37, who resided at Tall Oaks Circle, was transported to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue where he was pronounced dead, Suffolk County Police said.
