ID Released For Missing LI Boater The identity of a missing boater who is the subject of a massive search has been released by Suffolk County Police. U.S. Coast Guard officials, along with local law enforcement, are on the Great South Bay searching for Samuel Gutierrez, 47, of East Islip, who went overboard around 11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, said the Suffolk County Police.
