Billy Joel is movin' out -- of one of his residences, at least.
The legendary 74-year-old singer has listed his waterfront estate on the north shore of Long Island, located on Centre Island in Oyster Bay, for $49 million, the Wall Street Journal reports.
According to its listing on Zillow, the estate, built in 1994, is 26 acres and includes:

Duo Apprehended In $1 Million Heist Targeting Long Island Resident
Two people are accused of orchestrating a million-dollar heist that targeted a victim's residences on Long Island and in New York City.
Raymond Bouderau, age 49, of Manhattan, and 57-year-old Jacqueline Jewett, of Westbrook, in Middlesex County, Connecticut, were arrested for the burglaries, which happened in September, Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond Tierney announced on Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Man Found Dead On Long Island Worked With NYC Opera, Became Chef
A man whose body was found in a Long Island cove has been identified as a former employee of the New York City Opera and a chef who had a lifelong passion for music.
Keith Viagas, of Sag Harbor, died on Saturday, Aug. 6, from drowning near his home in Sag Harbor Cove. He was age 63.
Viagas grew up in Franklin Square, attending both John Street School and H. Frank Carey High School, where he appeared in musicals, according to his obituary.
His late father, Anthony Viagas, was a jazz musician, and Viagas lived in a home filled with music.

Body Found In Cove On Long Island, Police Say
Police are asking for help identifying a man whose body was found in a Long Island cove after police received a 911 call.
The incident took place in Sag Harbor around 11:45 a.m., Monday, Aug. 8.
According to Lt. Susan Ralph, of the Southampton Police, the caller reported a man floating on the shoreline of Sag Harbor Cove.
Police responded to the area and found a man between the ages of 40 to 50, on the coastline, Ralph said.
The man, with a long beard, was wearing a black shirt and black swim shoes, Ralph said.

Long Island Man Charged With Ripping Off Customers For More Than $325K, DA Says
A Long Island businessman has been charged with grand larceny for the alleged theft of more than $325,000 from some of his customers and a payroll company.
Mark Ripolone, age 34, of Montauk, was arrested on Monday, June 6, and charged with five counts of grand larceny, said Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney.
Ripolone owned “123 Delivery,” a food delivery service, and “Hampton Management Group Inc.,” a beach service company that specialized in providing luxury beach chair setups and decorations for special events, the DA's office said.

A former Long Island bookkeeper has been arrested and charged with allegedly stealing more than $15,000 from a parent-teacher organization.
Suffolk County resident Maureen Cussen, also known as Maureen O’Leary, age 55, of Sag Harbor, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 2 by the Southampton Police.
During her arraignment, Cussen pleaded not guilty to felony third-degree grand larceny.

Long Island Man Nabbed With Double-Barrel Shotgun, Police Say
A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly possessing a gun in violation of an active order of protection.
Benjamin Lehmann, age 30, of Sag Harbor, was arrested by Riverhead Police on Friday, Dec. 31 during a traffic stop.
According to Det. Mark Stromski, of the Riverhead Police, during the stop, officers found Lehmann was in possession of a 12-gauge double-barreled shotgun in violation of the court order.
Lehmann was placed under arrest and charged with criminal contempt, criminal possession of a weapon, and various vehicle and traffic infractions, police said.

Man Found Shot, Killed On Long Island Roadway, Police Say
An investigation is underway after a man was found shot along a Long Island roadway and later died, New York State Police announced.
Shortly before 10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5, State Police troopers in Suffolk County responded to a stretch of Old Point Road on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation, where there was a report of an unresponsive man lying in the roadway.
Troopers located the man, Ali Wisdom, age 43, of Sag Harbor - who investigators noted is not a member of the Shinnecock Nation - and found he had been shot.

Fugitive From Justice Wanted For Killing Wife Apprehended On Long Island
Police on Long Island apprehended a murder suspect who is believed to have killed his wife.
On Monday, Oct. 4, the Sag Harbor Police Department in Suffolk County received a report out of New Jersey that a woman, Masany Cruz, age 29, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, who was reported missing there and may be staying at the Sag Harbor Inn.
When officers arrived at the Inn, they located her husband, William Cruz, age 31, who was taken into custody for questioning without incident and treated at an area hospital.
