Long Island Couple Accused Of Operating Major Drug Operation A local couple has been indicted for allegedly running a high-level crack cocaine and powder cocaine trafficking operation on Long Island.  Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy D. Joe's closed in 2017 and the new restaurant at 1700 Arches Circle will open in September, said Nancy Larson, Tanger Outlets general manager. The freestanding eatery will be the seventh Red Lobster on Long Island.
