Suspect From Hempstead Nabbed After Robbery Outside Uniondale 7-Eleven
A suspect has been charged after a broad-daylight robbery at a Long Island 7-Eleven. It happened around 2:40 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16 in Uniondale. A 22-year-old man was making a delivery to the 7-Eleven located at 333 Oak St., when the suspect entered his delivery truck and removed his cell phone and backpack, Nassau County Police said. Suspect At Large After Robbery At Nassau County 7-Eleven
Police investigators on Long Island are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted armed robber. At approximately 4 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 3, a handgun-wielding man approached a clerk at 7-Eleven on Oak Street in Uniondale demanding cash, Nassau County Police said. The suspect was handed an undisclosed amount of cash and proceeded to flee on foot in an unknown direction, investigators said. Long Island Man Under Influence Crashes Car, Assaults Cops, Hospital Staff, Police Say
A man allegedly on Ketamine injured a Nassau County Police officer and became combative with hospital workers after crashing into a fence in Uniondale, police said. Garden City resident Ryan Marrinan was driving through the intersection of Westbury Boulevard and Oak Street at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, March 21 when he lost control and struck a chain-link fence outside the UPS Customer Service Center.
