Former MS-13 Gang Leader Charged In Connection To Fatal Shooting
A former MS-13 gang leader on Long Island is facing charges for allegedly ordering a hit on a rival gang member. Queens resident Marcelo Esquivel has been charged in federal court with murder in-aid-of racketeering and causing death through the use of a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of Daniel Licona-Gonzalez on July 2, 2012.
