Bostwick's Launches Second Eatery, This One On Harbor Long Island staple Bostwick's has launched a second eatery, Bostwicks on the Harbor in East Hampton. Bostwick’s on the Harbor serving locally sourced cuisine in a waterfront setting opened at 38 Gann Road. It is the second location for owners Chris Eggert and Kevin Boles, now open six days a week (closed Tuesday) serving dinner.  The roadside spot, Bostwick’s Chowder House, is a seasonal fish house in casual beachy digs with wainscoting and in and outdoor tables.
