The Sullivan County resident, from the town of Liberty, was charged on Wednesday, April 19 after the unloaded firearm was found alongside five bullets in a gun magazine said TSA officials. The multi-tiered cargo modernization plan’s second phase is underway with the signing of a long-term lease to develop a state-of-the-art handling facility with JFK Air Cargo LLC.
