On Friday, May 17, NYPD Officer Valerie Cincinelli, of Oceanside, found herself in cuffs for hiring a hitman to kill her husband, Isaiah Carvalho Jr., and the daughter of her "Sugar Daddy" boyfriend, who she said "got in the way," of things, according to a criminal complaint filed in court on Friday.
