MS-13 Member Sentenced For Nassau County Murder Spree, DA Says An MS-13 gang member from Long Island has been sentenced for his role in the murders of two people. Elmer Gutierrez, age 21, of Valley Stream, was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison on Tuesday, Aug. 10, according to Acting Nassau County District Attorney Joyce Smith.
