Update: Missing Hempstead Teen Located Update:  A 15-year-old who went missing after leaving home has been found, authorities announced.  On Wednesday, Aug. 9, Nassau County Police said they have located Garwin Maldonado, age 15, of Oceanside.  Maldonado has been missing since leaving his Oceanside home at 5 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 7.  While Hempstead was one of his possible locations, the department did not release information relating to where Maldonado was found or his current condition.  Original story:  Authorities are searching for a missing Long Island 15-year-old who was last seen leaving h…
