Nassau County Man With 10 License Suspensions Nabbed For DWI, Police Say
A Long Island man with 10 license suspensions has been charged with alleged driving while intoxicated after being stopped for talking on a phone. Nassau County resident Christopher Rodriguez, age 32, of Freeport, was arrested in Suffolk County by Southampton Police on Saturday, Nov. 30. According to police, Rodriguez was observed using a mobile device while driving on Montauk Highway, in Sagaponack, when It was learned Rodriguez was operating his vehicle with more than 10 suspensions.
