Suspect Nabbed In Violent Robbery Of Woman At Busy Nassau Intersection A suspect has been apprehended after a violent robbery of a 32-year-old woman in broad daylight at a busy Long Island intersection. The incident happened at around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6 in Cedarhurst. The woman was walking westbound on Broadway in the vicinity of Adelberg Lane and was grabbed from behind by the suspect, now identified as 32-year-old Joseph Nadal, of Cedarhurst, Nassau County Police said.
