Clarkstown School Board Approves Teacher Contract NEW CITY, N.Y. - The teachers in Clarkstown and the Board of Education have agreed on a new contract. The Clarkstown Central Board of Education approved a memorandum of agreement for employment with the Clarkstown Teachers Association at their meeting on June 16. The agreement begins retroactively on Sept. 1 2015 and runs through Aug. 31, 2019.
