Man, 22, Charged With DWI After Rockland Crash Engulfs Car In Flames STONY POINT, N.Y. - A 22-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with DWI and other offenses after his vehicle collided with a rock wall in Stony Point and caught fire, according to police.  Yamil Luna had a BAC in excess of .08 when he collided with a car and then a rock wall along the 500 block of Willow Grove Road on Sunday, June 26. After hitting the rock wall, Luna's vehicle became engulfed in flames, Lt. Two Smash-And-Grab Burglaries Reported In Stony Point STONY POINT, N.Y. - Two separate smash and grab burglaries occurred early Wednesday morning in Stony Point, according to police.  Alarms at two commercial locations alerted police around 1:28 a.m. and 1:33 a.m., according to the Stony Point Police Department. The locations that were burglarized were not identified by police. The road connects West Saddle River Road in Upper Saddle River, N.J. to Saddle River Road in Airmont. Upper Saddle River police confirmed that the New Jersey side of the road will remain open but access to the other side will obviously be impeded.
