ID Released Of Man Fatally Struck By Vehicle At Westchester Intersection Authorities are investigating a crash at a Westchester intersection that left a man dead. The incident happened on Tuesday, Dec. 26 just before 2 p.m., when a 79-year-old man was struck by a vehicle in Tarrytown at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 119, according to Tarrytown Police.
