Commercial Burglary On Central Avenue In Hartsdale Under Investigation Police are asking for help in their investigation of a commercial burglary that occurred in the Hartsdale section of the Town of Greenburgh. The burglary, which took place either late Wednesday or during the early morning hours Thursday at an unidentified business along the Central Avenue corridor, said Town of Greenburgh Police Sgt. Brian Matthews.  Greenburgh detectives responded to the scene and are conducting the investigation.  Anyone with information or knowledge of the crime are encouraged to contact Greenburgh Police 914-989-1700.

Body Found Near Busy Greenburgh Intersection An investigation is underway into a possible homicide after the body of a man was found behind a building near a busy intersection in Westchester on Friday evening. The building houses a deli at 48 Russell St. at the intersection of Aqueduct Road. The unidentified man was in his 40s, Greenburgh Police said. Detectives from both the White Plains and Greenburgh police departments responded to the scene after the body was discovered at around 6 p.m. Police say the investigation is in its early stages and more information will be released. Northern Westchester Couple ID'd In Medical Center Murder-Suicide The two people who died in a murder-suicide incident at Westchester Medical Center on Wednesday morning have been identified as a married couple from Yorktown. They are Richard DeLucia, 71, and his wife, Ann DeLucia, 70, who was a patient at the hospital, according to Kieran O'Leary, public information officer for the Westchester County Police Department. Police: Woman Burglarized Homes While Families Attended Funeral Services A 26-year-old woman has been arrested after police say she burglarized homes while families in Westchester attended funeral services. Latonia Shelecia Stewart of the Bronx used information from obituaries listing the time of services to break into homes, with the most recent burglary being in Irvington, according to Greenburgh Police. When police located Stewart in her car, they discovered stolen property from the February burglary, and that led to her arrest.
