4-Year-Old Hit By Car Outside McDonald's In Albany A young child is doing okay after being struck by a car in the region. The incident happened at around 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, in Albany, near the intersection of Sherman and Ontario streets. According to Albany Police, a 4-year-old boy ran into the roadway while his mother was unloading items from her car and was hit by a vehicle. The boy was not injured and was taken to Albany Medical Center out of precaution. The incident happened just outside of a McDonald's.

In a statement Monday, June 5, the Albany Police Department said it was concerned for the girl’s safety. Congeni is described as a white female, approximately 5-feet-4-inches tall and 160 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.
