Where's Lutricia? 15 Years After Schenectady Woman Disappeared, Police Renew Call For Tips Despite police investigating over 190 leads and tips, there’s still no sign of a missing woman who disappeared in the region 15 years ago. Lutricia Steele was last seen leaving her Schenectady home, located in the Mont Pleasant neighborhood on Webster Street, in the early afternoon of May 1, 2008, according to Schenectady Police. The then 27-year-old never returned home and has not been heard from since.
