Gail Lavielle (R-Wilton/Norwalk/Westport) announced that her bill to increase the level of transparency regarding taxpayer funds, was recently signed into law by Gov. Dannel Malloy. Malloy signed the bill on June 2, and it goes into effect on Oct. 1.
