It's part of a joint venture with Ridgecut Road. Marcus Partners also executed a long-term lease with the current tenant, Ironclad Environmental Solutions. The property spans 3.63 acres and includes two existing maintenance facilities totaling about 13,000 square feet, each with three drive-ins.
