A four-vehicle crash closed the southbound express lanes of the Garden State Parkway in Middletown during rush-hour, authorities said. The crash occurred at 4:44 p.m. on Thursday, July 20 at milepost 110 of the parkway, according to Sgt. Philip Curry, a spokesman with the New Jersey State Police.
