Authorities: Missing Orangetown Man Believed To Be In Park Ridge

PARK RIDGE, N.J. -- A missing suicidal Orangetown man riding a bicycle was believed to be in the Park Ridge area, authorities said Thursday morning.

He was believed to be at or near railroad tracks there, responders said.
