Jersey Shore Fitness Enthusiast Battling ALS Won't Fight Alone Friends and co-workers of a Monmouth County resident are raising money to help her during her battle with Lou Gehrig's disease. Susan Antoon Cousins has touched many people’s lives including those who have known her during the past 30 years at Jersey Shore Fitness Shop, a 24/7 gym in Bradley Beach. Some may know Cousins, who is a resident of Neptune City, from Hope Integrated Behavioral Healthcare or Vics Italian Restaurant, where she has worked.
