Marvin Anton Cabrera Martinez was convicted of one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless driving by speed, and one count of driving without an operator’s license last month, Commonwealth's Attorney Amy Ashworth said. Human Remains Found In Loudoun County Stream Authorities have launched a death investigation into the discovery of human remains in a stream in northern Virginia. A person walking in the woods spotted the remains in the Sugarland Run Stream in Sterling, around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. The person called local authorities, who responded to the area behind Brookfield Circle and Meadowland Lane (Sugarland Run). Rhiannon Blakeman, of Leesburg, was intoxicated and found in possession of alcoholic beverages by a school resource officer around 1 p.m. in the  Tuscarora High School cafeteria Wednesday, May 31. Blakeman has been charged with one count of public intoxication and one count of possessing alcoholic beverages in or on public school grounds.
