Leesburg Substitute Teacher Was Drunk At Work: Police A 28-year-old substitute teacher from Virginia was arrested on accusations she was drunk at work, authorities announced. Rhiannon Blakeman, of Leesburg, was intoxicated and found in possession of alcoholic beverages by a school resource officer around 1 p.m. in the  Tuscarora High School cafeteria Wednesday, May 31. Blakeman has been charged with one count of public intoxication and one count of possessing alcoholic beverages in or on public school grounds. She is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
