The U.S. Department of Labor has determined Kostantine Menegatos, who operated four DQs in the Garden State, violated federal child labor and wage regulations, forcing him to pay $14,000 in penalties and more than $9,000 in back wages. Picatinny Arsenal Fire Station Closes Indefinitely Due To Overtime Concerns One of Picatinny Arsenal’s fire stations has been shut down indefinitely as a result of concerns regarding overtime pay, authorities confirmed. Station 2 Local F-169 was shuttered Tuesday by Picatinny Arsenal Lieutenant Col.
