Two NJ Powerball Players Win $150K, Nine Win $50K
Eleven New Jersey Lottery tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn on Monday, Oct. 31, winning the $50,000 second-tier prize.
Two of those tickets were purchased with Power Play, multiplying the prizes to $150,000.
The Powerball jackpot now rolls to $1.2 billion for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 10:59 pm.

Free NJ Narcan Giveaway Begins Thursday, No ID Or Script Needed
Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella will visit a local pharmacy to answer questions Thursday when New Jersey begins a three-day giveaway of the overdose-reversal drug Narcan.
State residents can obtain a packet containing two doses of the nasal spray anonymously without a prescription or appointment through Saturday (Sept. 24-26) for free at participating pharmacies.

Bergen Police Officer Dragged By Fleeing Acme Shoplifter
An Elmwood Park police officer escaped serious injury Wednesday afternoon when a shoplifter dragged him with her car.
Latonya Hendricks, 42, of Paterson shoved an Acme security guard who tried to stop her and fled with more than $200 worth of merchandise, Police Chief Michael Foligno said.
Officer Matt Ausslander, who was among the responders, opened the driver’s side door of Hendricks’s car to try and arrest her when she threw the vehicle into reverse, dragging him, the chief said.
Backup officers helped nab Hendricks, who kicked, punched and spit at them, Foligno said.
