Toxicology tests showed that prescribed drugs contributed to the fatal head-on crash, and Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. John T. Mullen, Jr., 51, of Seaside Heights pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter on Wednesday, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
