Asbury Park Man, 23, Arrested With Assault Rifle After Shots Fired In Neptune Township
A 23-year-old man from Asbury Park has been arrested on multiple weapons charges in connection with a shooting in Neptune Township, authorities said.
Eshawn T. Richardson was charged with unlawful possession of an assault firearm, possession of prohibited weapons and a large capacity magazine, obstruction, resisting arrest, disorderly persons and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J.
