A passenger on the Megabus that crashed killing two passengers and injuring 17 others, has filed a lawsuit against the bus company and its driver, Eric Naughton of Westville. SUV Flips, 3 Hospitalized After Collision With Bus On New Jersey Turnpike In Woodbridge An SUV overturned after a collision with a bus on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. Three people in the SUV were hospitalized, according to New Jersey State Police. Troopers responded to the crash at 1:03 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22 on the Turnpike north inner roadway milepost 93.2 in Woodbridge Township, State Police said. Preliminary investigation revealed a collision occurred between a Nissan SUV and Van Hool bus causing the Nissan to run off the roadway right and overturn into trees, police said.
