A 19-year-old driver died after he ran into a trailer on the shoulder of a Woodbridge highway, authorities said. A Freightliner truck with a utility trailer was parked on the right shoulder of Route 440 north when a northbound Honda Accord struck it, according to New Jersey State Police.
