Stolen Jersey Shore Mercedes Found In Bergen County, Suspects Wanted: Police
Police in Atlantic County are looking for whoever stole a car and drove it about two hours to Bergen County, authorities said. Longport police said a Mercedes sedan was stolen on the 3300 block of Atlantic Avenue between 3 and 4:15 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24. The suspected thieves broke into a home and took the car keys. Two people were seen leaving the stolen car in Lyndhurst. Their identities were unknown. Anyone with information should email Officer Alec Morelli with Longport police at morelli_alec@longportpd.org.

UPDATE: A wrong-way driver from Fort Lee who hit a half-dozen people in midtown Manhattan as he tried to flee police on New Year’s Day has a history of drug arrests and convictions, records show. Pair Killed In Highland Park Crash, Driver Charged: Prosecutor
An elderly pair from Maryland was killed in a crash Tuesday evening, June 13 in Highland Park, authorities said. A Mercedes driven by Abeer Viriani, 34, of Iselin, struck a Subaru occupied by Peter Palmer, 75, of Easton, MD, and Carol Paul, 77, of Easton, MD, around 5:30 p.m. at Route 27 and North 10 Street, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. A former PSE&G employee shot and killed a supervisor outside the utility company's Somerset County facility early Wednesday before eventually turning the gun on himself, authorities confirmed. A man was found shot to death in an SUV in Trenton on Thursday, Nov. 17, authorities said.
